Jump Start Your Metabolism!
Most people believe exercise is all they need to be healthy, this is a common misconception. Exercise combined with a healthy diet is the key to completing your wellbeing. What we put into our mouths, how often, and how much we eat affects our metabolism. The first step in this piece is to carefully keep a journal or use MFP to keep track of yor daily macronutrients. Prepping on a Sunday will leave you no excuses.I often hear people say “I don't have enough time” when it comes to eating. Excuses like this lead to making unhealthy choices during the day and end up destroying your metabolism. Your metabolism will increase through planning, prepping and eating on a consistent basis.

Do Not Fear Lifting Weights!
While cardiovascular exercise is an important part of your health, strength training is just as important. During our sessions we will be utilizing both cardio and weight training to improve our strength, bone density, and metabolism.

My Why
I have always had a passion for planning my meals and taking off to the grocery store every Sunday. Helping others with this sometimes tedious chore or allowing them to have more time with their loved ones is very important to me. By taking the time and helping them plan, prep and train they will not only be successful but also happier, more peaceful and able to enjoy what matters most to them. Movement & Wellbeing 101 is the perfect tool to keep your life a bit more simple.

This website is so amazing and so is your prepping! I can’t tell you how excited and happy both my family and I were to come home to a frig full of nutritious meals and snacks. Starting my new job and taking courses at the same time has left me little time to go food shopping, never mind prepare and cook wholesome meals and snacks.  The only down side was that my family enjoyed your turkey chili so much, they neglected to leave me any for when I came home from work that night!  Everything tasted fresh and amazing! Thank you for taking so much stress out of my world and providing us with good nutrition!!!

Simple Meal Prep Recipes

Super Easy Crockpot Chicken Salsa
3 lbs of Chicken Breasts
1 jar of Salsa

Put chicken in crockpot, dump jar of salsa and cook on low for 4-6 hours
Let cool, and shred.
Roasted Veggies
Pick 4-5 of your favorites, shallots, asparagus, brussel sprouts, mushrooms etc.
Cut up asparagus, mushrooms and slice brussel sprouts in half.
Spray cookie sheet with Olive oil spray
Bake 34-40 minutes at 350
Egg Quiches
Crack one dozen eggs in bowl, add 1/4 cup water.
Put your fave omelette fixings in egg mixture
Spray deep cupcake tins with olive oil generously
Pour 3/4 full into each tin
Bake at 350 for 25 minutes
